Strata owns and manages a number of rental units in recently renovated and meticulously maintained properties on Chicago's South and West sides.  We pride ourselves on offering top-quality units and courteous, responsive maintenance and management services to our tenants.  Please note that we are happy to accept tenants looking for affordable housing and participating in the Housing Choice Voucher (formerly "Section 8").
